The stay was quite pleasant with immaculate rooms and friendly staff who were very helpful during my visit. The restaurant offered delicious and reasonably priced meals, significantly enhancing my experience. Check-in was seamless and efficient, and I found the comfortable bed and beautiful grounds particularly noteworthy. Overall, a great atmosphere for my work trip and I look forward to returning.

Wi-Fi connection was somewhat unreliable at times.

no air conditioning

i almost thought this place woudl ve been charming until i was rudely interrupted by cleaning staff thinking i had left. oh, and let’s not forget the air conditioning, which absolutely was not functioning during my stay. i really expected at least a complimentary gesture for my troubles, but i guess that’s just too much to ask for here.

We enjoyed our stay with family and relatives. The hotel had beautiful gardens, and the restaurant served delicious food at reasonable prices. We had a lovely time exploring the area together and appreciated how clean everything was during our visit.

My wife says that it would be great if the rooms were slightly larger.

I had a great time with my friends at this charming hotel! It's super central, making it easy to explore local spots like the archaeological site of Teotihuacan and the beautiful nearby parks. The restaurant is budget-friendly and serves yummy food, especially the tortas. The grounds were lovely and well-kept, adding to the overall experience!

One downside was the Wi-Fi. it was available but not very reliable during our stay.
